We took some time to go visit the Castle Museum and Clifford's Tower.  This one of Europe's top museums, set in a Victorian home show style.

Monday, April 29th
We headed back over to our Hotel and visited the St. Mary's Abbey ruins and Yorkshire Museum Gardens.
Surrounding the city center is a wall (around 2-miles total).  As we walk towards the wall walk, we see what we call bird man of York!
Our time in York is now over.  I did manage to go
to yet another pub.  This time I ordered the cider
rather than a beer.  For my tastes, big mistake.  
This will not happen again.  Tomorrow we are off
to find Scotland.
