After arriving in Edinburgh via train. We found the bus that would take us to our Hotel the Salisbury to drop off our bags. We went back downtown
briefly before finding another bus to take us to the Britannia. Sue snapped a few pictures of the city sights, river and of the garden behind our hotel.

“Britannia was unique. She was the first Royal Yacht to be genuinely ocean-going and be able to bring her particular magic to maritime nations in every
part of the world” Prince Philip
We were not allowed to take pictures on board of the ship. We did take one of the small wooden boat that was used to shuttle the Royal Family to shore.
On the far right is the Sir Walter Scott Monument.
We ended up eating at a very nice Indian
restaurant tonight. Afterwards, we visited a
Internet Café to catch up with home. We came
out to find that it was now pouring down rain.
Tomorrow is a big day to see all of the sights in
Edinburgh.
