The Making of Kojak (raising money for Katrina)
In September 2005, after the Katrina Hurricane. My company, Con-way rushed to assist with Trucks and manpower. In addition
to this, they started a company wide fund raiser and offered to match employee contributions for Katrina victims. At my office
location in another building. A long-time beard wearing employee offered to shave his beard if his building raised a certain
amount of dollars. One of my employee's told me to offer up my hair for $1000 dollars. I think I agreed if my building could
raise $1500 and beat the other building, then I would. My friends and colleagues came through in a matter of hours to see my
head shaved. Below, is what was captured at the making of Kojak!
